Tandem uses tension to mount between two walls that are between 56 and 76 inches apart. (We have adapters available to purchase for shower widths down to 45 inches.)

Also your showerhead must come from overhead, directly out of a side wall, not the ceiling or back wall.

All Cheeri products come with a 12-month, worry-free guarantee. Any defective equipment & parts will be replaced, free of charge, within the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation error, including falls.

You can return or exchange your undamaged Cheeri products within 30 days of delivery. Holiday purchases made on or after November 15 can be returned any time prior to January 15. Valentine's Day purchases made on or after January 10 can be returned any time prior to March 15. Returns must use the original packaging to avoid damage in shipping. We provide prepaid return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous US only. Returns are processed within 7 days of return delivery. Limit of one return or exchange per customer.
